Week Review

This week in English II was a bit stressful, really only because of the Twitter Book of the Crucible that was due on Friday. We had been working on this for awhile, so my group didn't have that much to finish up, mainly act III and act IV. Still, making a final draft for the entire Twitter Book seemed like it would take a lot of work, for act I and act II as well as the other acts. It didn't end up being too much work, definitely a lot, but not unmanageable.

Week Review

This week in English II I mostly worked on my author presentation (about Gwendolyn Brooks) and with my group on the Twitter version of The Crucible. It was pretty laid back this week because we had a sub almost every day, so we didn't end up starting anything new. I am so glad that was the case beacause we already had a lot of work assigned already. I was a bit stressed out with getting the tweets for The Crucible done on time, but it all worked out once we got an extension (I really don't think I would have been able to finish on time, or at least do it well).

Week Review

This week in English II we read act I of the Crucible. The story is alright. I don't hate it but I don't really like it that much either. The language used can be a bit hard to understand and the first act is a bit slow. I wrote a lot in my journal this week to make up for a few days I had missed. I am completely out of characters to write about, so I definitely need a new idea now to journal about. I suppose I could write about a different story now.
